HOW LONG IS ONE BOOKING?
At PixelPop, we believe in giving our customers complete flexibility and control over their experience. That's why the duration of our rentals is entirely up to you! Whether you want to capture memories for an hour, a few hours, or the entire duration of your event, we're here to accommodate your needs. We understand that every event is unique, and we want to ensure that you have more than enough time to enjoy the photo booth experience to the fullest. Should you find that you need more time to continue the fun, extending your rental is simple. Just let us know at least an hour before your booking ends, and we'll arrange for an extension. Please note that extending your rental may require a top-up of additional fees, which can be easily arranged with our team.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE THE IMAGES AFTER USING YOUR PHOTO BOOTH?
After using our photo booth, you will receive either a digital copy and/or physical photo strips of your images based on which package you purchase. Should emailing be at your convenience, our digital files will be emailed to you within 24 hours after the event, allowing for ample time to relive the fun and share your memories with loved ones. Exclusively for iOS users: Utilize Airdrop to seamlessly receive your images on your Apple devices, making the process quick and hassle-free. For those who prefer simplicity, we offer the option to have your images conveniently sent to you via text message. Please note that while photo strips and digital copies will be provided for all photos, boomerangs, and GIFs will only be available in digital format. These dynamic and fun creations will be emailed to you along with your other digital files.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP THE PHOTO BOOTH AT MY EVENT?
We provide full setup of the photobooth at your event, ensuring everything is ready before it begins. A dedicated team member will be nearby throughout to swiftly address any technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience while you focus on making memories.
WHAT IF THERE IS A TECHNICAL ISSUE?
A member of our team will be stationed nearby and will promptly address any issues that may arise within 5-10 minutes, ensuring that your photo booth experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
HOW DO I PAY?
We proudly accept all major Singaporean payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and popular digital payment platforms such as PayNow and PayLah! For any other payment methods, feel free to contact us!
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Within 7 days, a 50% refund is offered, while cancellations made with less notice are not eligible for a refund. To ensure a fair process for all our clients, we require documented proof for all cancellation requests. Please note that failure to provide documentation or canceling less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of any refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
