📅 Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

our booking is secured only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as communicated during quotation.

Cancellation

* 14 days or more before the event:

If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, 50% of the total package price will be retained as a cancellation fee.

* Within 48 hours of the event:

If you cancel within 48 hours of your event date, the full amount is chargeable. No refunds will be issued.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases of proven company fault (such as our failure to show up without reasonable cause).

🔄 Change of Event Date

* 14 days or more before the event:

One-time reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability of the new date.

* Within 48 hours of the event:

Rescheduling will incur a 30% fee of the total package price, also subject to availability.

⚡️ Additional Charges & Fees

* Additional Hours (on the day itself):

+\$130 per hour, payable before extension, subject to availability

* 4R Print Upgrade:

* 2–3 hour rentals: +\$150

* 4–5 hour rentals: +\$300

* Stairs Fee:

If there is no lift access and equipment must be carried via stairs, an additional \$30 per flight applies.

💥 Damage of Equipment Policy

We take pride in our equipment and ensure it’s in excellent condition for your event.

* Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of the photo booth equipment throughout the rental period.

* Any loss or damage due to negligence, misuse, interference by guests, or insufficient venue conditions (e.g. unstable surfaces, severe wind without proper shelter) will result in charges for repair or replacement.

* PixelPop staff reserve the right to stop operation if the photo booth is deemed unsafe to continue.
